    Britney’s pal has been served with a restraining order. He has to remain at least 250 yards from Spears, her home, and her family’s homes. The document, filed by Spears’s father Jamie, claims “Mr. Lutfi has drugged Britney. He has cut Britney’s home phone lines and removed her cell phone chargers.
